The aim of the game is to tip the balance of power in our workplaces back in our favour. One way to do this is to ‘Know Your Rights’ and the other is to build a network in your workplace capable of taking action. It safe – as organising takes place away from the workplace , and it goes as fast or as slow as you decide it needs to go.
So if you do have an issue at work, then email us. We’re not a service so we are not going to do stuff *for* you. We are an member led organisation so we will do stuff *alongside* you.
If you do email us it will be helpful if you are clear about what the issue is, if it affects others, what action (if any) you’ve taken so far and what you would ideally like to see happen. Then we’ll write back and get moving into action
